Is there any obligation to getting a quote for my project?Absolutely not! There is no obligation to getting a quote and no pressure to commit to the utilization of our services. We provide this service to our potential clients with consideration to the lack of trust developed towards the trade industry due to the disservice committed by other tradesmen/companies against many homeowners within the GTA. We care for our clients. We love the industry we serve. We put integrity above profit.

How do I start the process?By communication without any monetary involvement. We intentionally begin with creating a mutual bond of trust. Discussion surrounding your needs and intentions are initiated. We discuss what is achievable by our service, how and what it would look like. We address your questions and concerns. The beginning of the process is focused on your comfort through our transparency.

Where do you get your material from?We source our materials from reputable suppliers. We build relationships with our suppliers which assists in securing competitive rates and high quality products consistently. We support local businesses and those that encourage growth within our communities.

Is a deposit required for my project?Yes. There is a minimal deposit required to secure your timeline and begin the purchasing of materials towards your project. Once the quote is confirmed, the amount for your project will not change (unless you add services which include labor, material, etc.). There will be no surprise fees. We believe that the joy and enthusiasm you have when considering to beautify your home or business, should continue uninterrupted during the process and gain satisfaction by the completion of your project. So we allow our service to support this view.

Can I cancel your service after providing my deposit?Yes. However, the expenses that are covered by the deposit will not be refunded. Possibly the partial or full amount of your deposit. If nothing has been spent, you will receive the full amount of your deposit with no resentment or issues. We appreciate your consideration towards our service in any capacity of the process.

How does your service comply with my schedule?We will discuss how to best accommodate your schedule to achieve a successful project completion. With flexibility and consideration, we can determine the best course of action and how to achieve our goal satisfactorily.

Will I lose the comfort of my home during the work?Our process is considerate of your schedule and lifestyle, it is child-friendly, clean and does not require the occupation of your living space. Our minimalistic occupancy in your home aims to be unnoticed; we minimize potential for obstacles.

What is the work hours like?We determine the best course of action with regards to time mutually. Based on the timeline, your schedule, if any property rules, etc... together we will find what works best to achieve our goal.
