The patio at the back of the house sits on a pretty large plot of land with great space for a family or entertaining guests.

Having a patio that is not pleasant to the eyes does not help to make it inviting; especially to potential homebuyers.

This upgrade on a budget, helped to give it an appealing look that compliments the areas vintage appeal and look inviting to lounge on.
